In its 10th year, the annual Kohl's Pro Combine is again set to provide one of the most legitimate opportunities for specialists to be seen by NFL coaches, general managers, scouts, and player personnel. Aside from their individual Pro Day, the Kohl's Pro Combine has proven to be the most legitimate way for draft-eligible specialists to get seen by NFL personnel.

This event has helped hundreds of players find a college home over the years. Every player will be charted, ranked in our updated transfer and senior rankings, and put on our "Best Available" list sent out monthly to college coaches through April. The finals will be broadcast on YouTube and Twitter for college coaches to see, and sent to our entire college coaching database.

Most of the transfers who have been picked up in the first window of the transfer portal are the larger-program athletes who were starters and have proven themselves as a high-level player. Many of the smaller school specialists or specialists who did not start need to find a way to put up stats and have film in some capacity to have something to stand on to get the attention of college coaches.

But I wonder how many have thought about what it takes to achieve it and how to make it happen with their training? I am a big believer of setting high goals, laying out a detailed plan and doing everything in my power to try and achieve them.
