Off-Season Training Camps

offseason-aThe road to success is "taking the first step". This complete kicking, punting, and off season strength and conditioning program "sets" the mindset and confidence level of kickers and punters to go on and have a great season! The main focus of this 2 day camp is to help an athlete put together a complete off season program that prepares them for their summer and fall football season. Each athlete kicks and punts and views themselves on film. Each camper will also receive the benefits of watching the best specialists with our slow motion digital computer analysis. Off the ground kicking technique training is provided for high school seniors and college kickers. This is the same kicking technique college coaches look for at summer college camps. The main difference between this camp and a summer 2 day training camp is the focus on off field training programs to promote strength, speed, agility, balance, and rhythm improvements.

SCHEDULE

  • Registration: 8:30am to 8:45am
  • Day 1: 9:00am to 4:30pm
  • Day 2: 9:00am to 3:00pm
