Los Angeles, CA - 3 Day 1-on-1 Spring Break Camp - April 7-9, 2017
This training experience is designed for the serious high school/college/pro athlete who wants to work 1-on-1 with the Kohl Staff for 3 days. The goal of this training is to give each athlete detailed attention over consecutive daily encounters to make adjustments in technique. There will be an initial 3-4 hour group session on Day One. During this time each athlete will be filmed and taught the Kohl's 21 point system. The next 2 consecutive days will include a 1 hour and 15 minute training session with video tape review each day. We will give each athlete a complete evaluation and macro-plan for year-round training. This training opportunity is designed for the serious specialist looking to improve their technique and get results on the field. This camp is being held during spring break and has limited enrollment.
We will begin Camp Check in on April 7th at 3pm, camp will go until 7pm the first night. During the first night you will be assigned your session with the coach between the hours of 3pm and 7:15pm on Day 2 and we plan on going from 10am-2pm pm on Day 3. There will be a recruiting talk on Day 2.
