Griffin had solid showings at the 2016 Midwest Winter Showcase and the 2017 Underclassman Challenge. He then came back in July at the National Scholarship Camp and showed he is a D1 kicker. He displayed top talent on both FG's and KO's. His charts were among the best at camp 30 FG points and a KO score of 108.9. His improvement in consistent ball striking since January was obvious. He has great athleticism which also allows him to punt well. Griffin is a multi-sport athlete who is a D1 scholarship kicker. His upside is outstanding!
