Evan Kotzur

I have been a life long soccer player turned kicker like many players now a days. I was first asked to kick for my highschool's freshman team 2 years ago, and from then on I have loved the sport. I have been fortunate enough to be on one of the best football teams in the state of Texas. I play for Cibolo Steele where I have been on the 2010 5A Division II State Championship Team and the 2011 5A Division II State runner up team. In turn I have been in my fair share of big games. I consider these experiences invaluable as there is no real training to prepare for big games and big moments. During the 2011 playoff run I connected on every kick attempted. I am a very athletic specialist who loves competition and the pressure felt during in game kicks. In practice I have connected on multiple 55 and 58 yard kicks in fair conditions in practice. I am a raw kicker who is self taught and will only get better with instruction from the Kohl's Staff. This off-season I will be hitting the weight room hard and be working on my technique at many Kohl's Camps. Kicking is my passion and I am sure with the year and a half I have until signing time for college I will be a top kicker in my class.
