Lance has a great frame and long levers that can work to his advantage once a few technique changes are made. His accuracy on his SS and LS is good, however his snap speed needs to get better. Lance connected on 14/15 LS for a total of 20/30 points with an average snap speed of .91 seconds at the Midwest Showcase Camp in December, 2011. During the protection segment of camp Lance was able to get good depth on his kick sets but he needs to improve his overall foot quickness. By becoming more explosive with his hips and hands, Lance will be able to snap the ball with better velocity. Lance was the snap competition runner-up.
