Spencer attended the Western Showcase Camp in the winter of 2011, he showed well on FG at camp making 6 of 10 charted kicks but did not KO well enough to reach the 4.0 star level, if Spencer can improve his ball striking on KO he should be able to move up as a college prospect, has a good leg, needs to hit a cleaner ball, progress over time will be key
