Coach Diego Marquez is based in Southern California but runs camps throughout the state from San Diego to San Fransisco, where he has been coaching for Kohl's since 2021. As a player, he kicked for two seasons at a small Division 3 before deciding to leave and pursue his goal of playing Division 1. As a transfer, Coach Diego became the #1 ranked transfer kicker in the country, with multiple offers and interests from Power 5 schools. Ultimately, he played his last two years at the University of Miami in Florida.

After College, Coach Marquez had Pro-Day with Miami and gained interest from the Miami Dolphins, Las Vegas Raiders, and the CFL team, the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He then played three seasons in the Indoor Football League, earning multiple Special Teams Player of the Week awards for the Nebraska Danger, Tucson Sugar Skulls, and Green Bay Blizzard.

Coach Marquez has learned from and gained knowledge from multiple NFL specialists during his time with Kohl's and coaches both high-level high-school and college specialists. Coach Marquez leads the California Division and other Kohl's Training Events year-round.
