Spring Break 4-Day 1-on-1 Training

This training experience is designed for the serious high school, college, or pro athlete who wants to work 1-on-1 and train in-depth with the Kohl's Staff for 4 days in a row. The goal of this training event is to give each athlete detailed attention over consecutive daily sessions to make adjustments in technique.

4-Day Spring Break Camp Includes

There will be an initial 3-4 hour group session on Day 1. During this time each athlete will be filmed and taught the Kohl's Professional Training System. The next 3 consecutive days will each include 1 hour and 15 minute 1-on-1 training session with individual film analysis each day. Times for the recruiting seminar will be announced at camp.

This training opportunity is designed for the serious specialist looking to improve their technique and get results on the field. Enrollment is limited.

At Our National Training Center

This event takes place at the Kohl's National Training Center in Dallas, Texas, and is the training ground for many of our NFL and college athletes throughout the year. The 20-acres of land includes 110 yards of outdoor turf space, multiple field goal posts, and an indoor space for long snapping, kicking nets, and squat/bench racks.

Trackman Radar Technology Option

As an optional add-on, we will have TrackMan radar technology available at this event. TrackMan collects analytical data on each kick or punt to help athletes understand where different aspects of their technique is currently at and how it compares to college and NFL players. A motivated athlete will be able to take this information and focus their training in specific areas.

Tentative Schedule (For your planning)

We will start this camp March 8th at 3:00 PM and go until 7:00 PM. You will be assigned a time at camp for the following 3 days between 8:00 AM and roughly 3:15 PM. The recruiting meeting time for Sunday night will be announced at camp.
