Summer Academy Camps

2024 Summer Academy

This camp is designed for elite athletes that are striving to meet their potential. One week of kicking and punting training, strength training, nutrition, agility sessions and competition. Athlete are with Us Monday through Friday. Space is limited this is an focused training event.

Athletes will :
⁃ Train with professional staff everyday
- Individual development plan to target each athletes progressions
- Film and drill breakdown on and off the field.
⁃ Nutrition plan to help each athlete build and maintain
⁃ Strength training workouts at Liger and HEW facilities
⁃ Speed and agility workouts with resistance bands
⁃ This week long training allows for each athlete to be trained by kohls staff as well as NFL guests each week.
⁃ Athletes that are attending multiple weeks can do so through Heidi@kohlskicking.com for package pricing
⁃ Each player will get Kohls training Apparel.
⁃ Kohls Manual and training schedule for in season.

Week 2 June 10th - June 14th
Week 3 June 17th - June 21st
Week 4 July 1st - July 5th
Week 5 July 8th - July 12th
Week 6 July 15th - July 19th
Week 7 July 22nd - July 26th

Monday 11am - 1:00pm

• Strength/Agility Test and Technique Lift (Lower Body) w/Matt Dilallio & Sean Benavides

Tuesday 9:00am - 12:00pm

• Field Session - Evaluation and Film Session

Wednesday 11:00am - 1:00pm

• Speed/Agility Session and Technique Life (Upper Body) w/Matt Dilallio & Sean Benavides

Thursday 9:00am - 12:00pm

• Field Session - Drill Work and Film Breakdown, Charting and Challenge Course

Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm

• Field Session - Individual Drill Work, Competition and Challenge Games, Camp Conclusion
