Kohl's Comments

Burgess had a solid showing at the 2024 Kohl's Texas Fall Ranking Event. He scored 5 points in the field goal charting and impressed with his kickoff ability. His score on kickoffs was 103.65 which includes a big ball of 66 yards with 3.81 seconds of hang time. He commands his tempo and his ball striking well and has built confidence with his overall kickoff ability. Burgess came out to the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 17 points on field goals and 97.68 on kickoffs. His leg strength is evident and was on display all weekend. His best kickoff was a 67-yard ball with 3.55 seconds of hang time. Continued hard work in the weight room will help Burgess have a great season.
