De La Poza had his best showing to date at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He has an explosive leg and he impressed at camp in all three disciplines. He scored 95.66 points in the punt charting and connected with some huge punts including his big ball of 39 yards with 5.06 seconds of hang time. His field goal score at camp was 22 points and he had an impressive kickoff score of 106.58 which included his biggest charted kickoff of 76 yards with 3.81 seconds of hang time. De la Poza competed at the 2024 Kohl´s Texas Spring Showcase. Here he had a great showing, earning his 4.5-star rating as a kicker. He put up 6 points on the field goal session.
