Kohl's Comments

Gerson recently competed at the 2022 Kohl's Midwest Winter Showcase Camp. He showed excellent ball striking skills in the field goal charting portion of camp and scored 9 points at the event. His drill work was smooth, and he creates good lift on the football while showcasing excellent command of his rotation. His biggest charted kickoff at the event was 60 yards with 3.49 seconds of hang time. His punting has gotten better as well, and he charted several punts over 30 yards including a big ball of 34 yards with 3.57 seconds of hang time. Gerson competed at the 2022 Kohl's Spring Ranking Event. Gerson jumped to a 4-star ranking with his performance at the event. The kicker from Colorado had his best field goal and kickoff charting session yet, indicating that his development is on pace, and he's been hard at work on the practice field. He scored 8 points during his field goal session and bettered his kickoff score by more than 10 points with the majority of his kickoffs traveling over 60 yards in distance.
