At the 2025 Kohl’s Underclassman Challenge, Johnson snapped with great consistency. He showed the ability to keep his snapping motion under control which allowed for him to snap a repeatable ball. At the end of the weekend, Johnson scored on 14 of his 20 long snaps with an average snap time of .71 seconds. He finished day 1 strong by earning himself a spot in the final snapping competition. Tightening down his ball rotation will help him take the next step as a snapper.
