    Kohl's Comments

Ogg recently attended the 2019 Southern Winter Showcase. He displayed leg strength and refinement in his technique and competed in all three disciplines at the event. He is strongest currently in his punting and he uses his body well to create as much energy up and through the ball as he can on contact. Refinement in his contact off the ground should allow him to maximize more of his natural leg speed and talent.

    Athlete Bio

My name is Bobby Ogg III. I am from a small town in Northern Middle Tennessee called Adams, Tennessee. I attend Jo Byrns High School in Cedar Hill, Tennessee and I am a senior. Currently, I have a 3.8 GPA on a 4 point scale. I am taking dual enrollment college classes this year and will hopefully complete 12 hours college credit. I’m involved in many clubs at my school and involved at my church.

Spring 2019, I was awarded the Robertson County Tri-Athletic Award for playing three sports at my school and keeping a GPA above a 3.0. I have played football, basketball, and baseball for many years, but I am beginning my 7th year as a tri-athlete.

My goal after high school is to further my sports career as a college athlete. I am primarily a punter/ kicker but play other positions as well. I have been training under James Wilhoit and Aaron Medley who are alumni of the University of Tennessee Football Team. My training has been with the Wilhoit Academy in Brentwood, Tn. I have been with the program for about a year.
