Kohl's Comments

Hanson competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 13 points on field goals, 89.93 on punts, and 85.40 on kickoffs. Hanson showed flashes of smooth mechanics throughout camp. Continued hard work on his ball striking will aid in his growth over the next season. Hanson came out to the 2024 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in May. He excelled on kickoffs scoring 94.90 points and connected on multiple kickoffs of 62 yards or more. His best kickoff was a 64-yard blast with 3.10 seconds of hang time. Hanson has one of the stronger legs in the class of 2025. He showed promise with his punting where he scored 94.36. His biggest charted punt was 46 yards with 3.92 seconds of hang time. He moved well in the roll-out portion of punting as well. He scored 1 point on field goal charting and made adjustments in stride during drill work. Continued focus on technical refinements and repeatability will aid Hanson's upward trajectory.
