Kohl's Comments

Marchand competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 16 points on field goals, 94.63 points on kickoffs, and 85.49 points on punt charting. His leg strength has improved over the last few months. His best kickoff was a 64-yard blast with 3.40 seconds of hang time. Marchand's best punt was a 41-yard punt with 4.12 seconds of hang time. Marchand has worked hard in the weight room this offseason. Continued efforts on weight training paired with some mechanical tweaks will help Marchand grow over the next two seasons. Marchand attended the 2023 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in December. He scored 4 points on field goal charting. Marchand connected on some nice kicks during the drill-work portion of camp. He has worked hard on improving his technique. Marchand charted a score of 89.65 on kickoffs with a big ball of 56 yards and 3.50 seconds of hang time. He hit some nice kickoffs at camp with multiple traveling 50+ yards. It has been fun to follow Marchand's growth over the last few ranking events. Marchand recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He has improved a lot technically since his last camp and he was able to chart some great numbers during the sessions he completed at the event. He scored 12 points combined in his two field goal sessions and was able to connect with a big ball on kickoffs of 65 yards with 3.73 seconds of hang time.
