Kohl's Comments

Russell had a solid showing at the 2019 National Scholarship Camp. He was able to chart 20 made field goals at camp. His ball flight was good and his rotation was clean. He can continue to focus on commanding his body through the finish of his leg swing and that should help create some more control of his accuracy. He charted a big ball 66 yards with 3.66 seconds of hang time at the event as well. Russell attended the 2019 Spring Showcase Camp. He was very impressive throughout the camp and showed great command of his "A" ball. He made 10 out of 12 points on field goals and showed next level leg strength on kickoffs. Russell has the talent to have a bright future as a specialist.
