    Kohl's Comments

Rice recently attended the 2018 National Scholarship Camp. His coordination is coming along nicely and he is beginning to really swing his levers well. Continued focus on clean rotation and command of his body will help him make progress in his field goals. He scored 20 points at camp and was able to chart several 65+ yard kickoffs with a big ball of 70 yards with 3.22 hang. Controlling the drop and not allowing the nose to move around will help his punting develop as well. Rice earned an invite to the Kohl’s Future Stars Event in January of 2018 after a solid performance during the 2017 December Showcase Series. He had an impressive charting phase on field goals with 7 made during the event.
