Kohl's Comments

Bakas recently competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp in July of 2024. He scored 24/36 points on field goals and 105.2 points on kickoffs at the event. Bakas also competed at the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars Event. Here he battled the cold conditions, putting up 3 points on the field goal session. During the kickoff charting, Bakas was able to flash his big leg and strike his standout ball a distance of 70 yards with a hang time of 3.70 seconds. He finished with an overall score of 105.90. Bakas's hard work has been evident and we are very excited to see what he has in store for a very important next year. Bakas had another strong showing at the 2023 Kohl's Southern Winter Showcase. He has one of the strongest legs in his class and once again was explosive in the charting session. His overall kickoff score at camp was 108.15 which includes his big ball kickoff of 76 yards with 3.40 seconds of hang-time. He scored 6 points in the field goal charting and his "A" ball impressed at camp. Bakas competed at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Showcase. Here he had a good showing for his first ranking event, showing good body mechanics throughout the camp. He put up 17 points on the field goals. During the kickoff charting, he had an overall score of 100.82, with his big ball measuring 68 yards with a hang time of 3.73 seconds. Bakas will be an exciting player to watch develop!
