With focused development, Mechsner can continue to keep taking strides towards his true potential as a specialist. Mechsner came out to the 2024 Kohl's Fall Ranking Event in Texas. He scored 4 points on field goals, 92.40 points on kickoffs, and 77.88 points on punt charting. His best kickoff traveled 60 yards with 3.50 seconds of hang time.
