    Kohl's Comments

    Carter recently attended the Winter Showcase camp in December of 2018. He had a solid camp during the field goal charting by making 9 points. He is a strong, athletic kicker who will be able to compete at the next level. Carter attended the 2018 National Scholarship Camp. He scored 22 points at camp on field goals and his big ball on kickoffs was a 68 yard 3.52 second ball. He showed solid technique and impressive confidence in his ball striking during the field goal portion.
