Athlete Bio

As an honors student-athlete, I am looking for an opportunity to continue advancing both my academic and athletic pursuits. As a rising junior at Mountain View High School in Bend, OR, I have two years of experience as a varsity soccer player and expect to debut on the varsity football team, as a kicker/punter, in the fall of 2022. Soccer is my longest athletic endeavor. I started playing recreational soccer at age 3 and organized club soccer at age 8, and I've played all positions from goalie to striker. However, I found a new passion in football, after several friends recruited me to play on the Freshman team. Football excites me because I'm part of a team, but the competition is really me against my personal best each time I step onto the field. The drive to be better than yesterday influences all aspects of my life, whether in the classroom, the weight room, on the field, or even at home. I'm a member of the National Honor Society, with a current 4.1 GPA, and I'm on track to graduate in 2024 with an Honors diploma.
