    Kohl's Comments

    McGowan competed at a June 2020 Showcase and a Showcase in 2019. His field goal accuracy is still his strength and it showed well during the charting phase of camp. McGowan had a strong showing at the 2019 National Scholarship Camp. His field goal technique and his leg strength have made significant improvements since this spring. He charted 27 points in the field goal portion of camp and kicked all weekend with excellent confidence. He was able to chart a big ball of 63 yards with 3.4 seconds of hang time on his kickoffs as well. McGowan attended the 2019 Southern Spring Showcase. He has made significant increases in his leg strength and his confidence in his "A" ball. He scored 8 points on field goals and was able to chart a big ball of 62 yards with 3.35 seconds of hang time.
