Kohl's Comments

Hixson had his best overall showing at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He showed improved command of his ball/foot contact and he's increased his power on his kicks. He scored a combined 25 points in the field goal charting and blasted some impressive kickoffs at camp, including a big ball of 69 yards with 4.10 seconds of hang time. During the punt charting his overall score was 95.60 which includes his big ball of 54 yards with 4.41 seconds of hang time. he proved to be a topend combo prospect at the camp. Hixson had another strong showing at the 2022 Kohl's Southern Winter Showcase. He has one of the fastest and most explosive legs in his class and he was excellent on kickoffs once again by charting a big ball of 77 yard 3.3 second blast. His drill work was great on field goals and when he can command his "A" ball on his kicks, is one of the best players in this class.
