    Kohl's Comments

King has attended previous camps with the most recent being the National Scholarship Camp in July of 2018. He had a good performance during the charting of field goals at camp with 27 points out of 36. Continuing to gain the athletic strength to compete with athletes ranked ahead of him will see good things happen over the next year. King earned an invite to the Kohl’s Future Stars Event in January of 2018 after a solid performance during the 2017 December Showcase Series. He had some impressive kicks at camp and should continue to develop into a bright young specialist. He has the right tools and is a good young specialist with a lot of potential.

    Athlete Bio

Played club soccer as a youth, transitioned to kicking as a freshman. Sophomore season showed tremendous improvement with accuracy, consistency and leg strength. Kickoffs typically reaching inside the opponents 10. Was a part of Kohls Training Division Spring 2018

Transferred to Eastside High School in Covington, GA (GHSA AAAA) for the 2018 season. Played behind a senior kicker and had only one FG attempt. It was successful and a team long of 45 yards. However, he was the starting punter, and finished the year with a 38 yard average. (First season ever to punt)

Ezra is a very solid, and consistent Field Goal kicker, hitting the same ball from all distances.

Strong student in the class room, and a very hard worker. Ezra has a strong desire and work ethic to play at the next level.
