Kohl's Comments

Gross attended the Kohl's Western Showcase and Underclassman Challenge in the winter and spring of 2021. He showed great field goal range off the ground. Gross hits a clean rotating, driving ball that most of the time is good from 55-60 yards away. His smooth mechanics allow him to comfortably swing through the ball and have it carry. Gross can also hit kickoffs very well as he scored 116 points in December of 2020 and 117 points in May of 2021 at the Western Showcase. Gross is a very good player that should draw D1 interest as a kicker who can also back up punting.
