Kohl's Comments

Proud recently competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He had another strong overall performance and he charted in all three disciplines. He scored 14 points in the field goal charting and produced an overall score of 91.85 in the kickoff portion of camp. His biggest charted punt at camp was 41 yards with 4.53 seconds of hang time. He can contintue to put emphasis on becoming smoother with the release of his drop, that should increase the command of his "A" ball and help his punting to continue to improve. Proud attended his first ranking event, the 2024 Kohl's Eastern Spring Showcase. He showed excellent "pop" and ball striking skills throughout the event. His overall score on kickoffs was 93.45 which included a big ball of 62 yards with 3.32 seconds of hang time. He scored 10 points in the field goal charting and was confident with his ball striking during the drill work portion of camp.
