    Carter came out to the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 16 points on field goals and 95.73 on kickoffs. His best kickoff was a 64-yard ball with 3.57 seconds of hang time. His leg strength has improved over the last year. Continued hard work on his swing will help him elevate his abilities over the next two seasons. Carter recently attended the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. It was his first ranking event and he showed well at the event. He scored a combined total of 16 points on the three charting sessions, and he connected with a big ball of 60 yards with 3.68 seconds of hang time in the kickoff charting. His overall score for kickoffs was 93.40 at the camp.
