Benedict attended the 2018 National Scholarship Camp. He showed improved leg strength and increased command of his ball flight. He scored 25 points during the charting portion of camp and hit some impressive field goals during the charting. His big ball on kickoff charting was a 62 yard 3.31 second ball. Emphasis on leg speed and core strength should be two focal points for Benedict the next 6 months. His field goals ability is excellent. Benedict attended Spring Showcase Camp in May of 2018. He once again showed impressive leg strength during the charting of kick off's. Benedict attended the Winter Showcase Camp in December of 2017.
