Kohl's Comments
Placzek recently competed at the National Scholarship Camp in July of 2023. He scored 22/36 points on field goals and 108.68 points on kick offs. At the Spring Midwest Showcase in Chicago he scored 11 out of 15 points on field goals and 111.2 points on kick-offs. His drill work showed his strong leg and his overall upside as a kicker by hitting a kick-off 76 yards with 3.84 seconds of hang-time. At Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2022, he showed next-level leg talent with big kick-offs and he also hit impressive field goals. Placzek also competed during the 2022 Kohls Midwest Spring Showcase where he put together a strong performance. He displayed consistent control over his mechanics throughout the camp, where he finished with an average kickoff score of 97.55 points, with a big ball of 64 yards and 3.58 seconds of hang-time.
