    Phan came out to the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He had another solid performance at a ranking event. Phan scored 15 points on field goal charting and 91.82 points on kickoff charting. Phan's best kickoff was a 60-yard ball with 3.31 seconds of hang time. Phan's technique has been consistent over the past few events. Efforts focused in the weight room will help Phan grow his abilities as a kicker. Phan attended the 2024 Kohl's Future Stars Camp in January. He had a great weekend and earned his 4-star rating. He scored 8 points on field goals and showed confidence attacking the football. His tempo and swing are very smooth. Phan scored 92.25 points on kickoffs with a big ball of 60 yards with 3.42 seconds of hang time. Phan recently competed at the 2023 Kohl’s Southern Winter Showcase. Here he had 5 points on the field goal session. During the kickoff charting, Phan's big ball measured a distance of 64 yards with a hang time of 2.90 seconds. With continued focus on building his leg strength, Phan will be able to take big steps forward in his development.
