    Kohl's Comments

    Matthew attended the 2020 Kohls Winter Texas Showcase and showed good improvement from his last camp. He showed what his true potential could be in the KO portion of charting, hitting a 63 yard, 3.47 second hang time kick. Matthews also had a strong performance in the punt charting. Matthews will see his progression continue as he gets more comfortable and confident with using his whole body through his kicking motions. Matthews had a strong showing at the 2020 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He excelled in field goals but flashed his potential in punting as well. He scored 19 points in the field goal charting and demonstrated a smooth and repeatable swing on his kicks.
