    Kohl's Comments

The 2020 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp was Salter's 3rd ranking camp. He had a solid camp as a combo specialist and had some impressive moments at camp. His KO's are getting close to the goal line and he's made nice improvement on his ball striking on both FG's and Punts this summer. Salter needs to continue to dedicate time in the weight room to increase his power and to continue perfecting his technique. Salter is ready to have a very good junior season!

I am passionate about kicking, have a love for the game of football, and enjoy the camaraderie of being on a team. I am extremely dedicated to my talent. I am not afraid to put in the hard work and time needed to improve my skills. I am a loyal teammate and been said to be extremely coachable. Those two aspects make me well-liked and respected by both my teammates and coaching staff. I was the starting Varsity kicker for my high school team beginning as a freshman. I also take my academics seriously and consistently make honor roll. I believe it is important to be an active member of my community. I volunteer as a basketball coach in our town’s recreation league for younger children. I also volunteer at events sponsored by our local food pantry. My future aspirations are to continue my academic and kicking career at a university that best matches my potential.
