    Hart competed at the 2019 National Scholarship Camp. He showed improved ball striking and refined steps on his approach in both field goals and kickoffs. He scored 16 points in the field goal charting and was able to chart a big ball of 65 yards with 3.36 seconds of hang time on his kickoffs. He can continue to develop even more with some added leg strength and improved consistency of his ball striking.
