Van Pelt recently competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. It was his first ranking event and he showed poise and above average leg speed at the event. He flashed excellent ball striking skills and scored 18 points in the field goal charting. His overall score on kickoffs was 98.65 which includes a big ball of 65 yards with 3.80 seconds of hang time. He has the coordination and leg speed to develop into a great collegiate prospect.Awards & Honors
