Kohl's Comments

McGough had his best showing to date at the 2025 Kohl's Senior Showcase. He impressed not only in the charting portion of camp by scoring 9 points but also in the filmed field goal competition. He was excellent in the live stream and hit some excellent footballs at camp. His overall score on kickoffs was 111.75 and he showed the refinement and talent to be an early impact in his college career. McGough came out to the 2024 Kohl's Fall Ranking Event in Texas. He competed well as both a kicker and a punter. McGough scored 10 points on field goals and showed smooth and confident mechanics throughout camp. McGough also competed as a punter and graded out as a 4.5-star punter. He scored 99.39 points on punt charting with a big ball of 53 yards with 4.37 seconds of hang time. McGough's potential as a combo athlete is very high. McGough recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's Texas Winter Showcase. He had good command of the football throughout the event, slotting 6 points on the field goal session.
