    Skinkis attended the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp and is starting to show his true potential. He is consistently on target and has tight ball rotation on each snap. Skinkis finished the weekend with an average snap time of .74 seconds and scored on 15 of his 20 long snaps. He snaps with solid fundamentals and will see his ranking continue to improve as he develops physically.
