Kohl's Comments

McCue had a great shwoing recently at the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational. He produced a score of 105.85 points in the kickoff charting and had 6 points in the field goal portion of camp. He competed in punting as well and flashed solid potential by scoring 86.74 points. His biggest charted punt at camp was 41 yards with 3.90 seconds of hang time. McCue came out to the 2024 Kohl's Southern Showcase Camp in December. He scored 7 points on field goals, 95.20 on kickoffs, and 88.20 on punt charting. McCue's best kickoff traveled 65 yards with 3.16 seconds of hang time. His best punt was a 45-yard punt with 4.10 seconds of hang time. McCue has big ball potential and shows flashes of consistency. Hard work on swing mechanics will help him bring his "A" ball out more frequently. McCue competed at the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He had a good weekend and earned another half-star as both a kicker and a punter. McCue scored 12 points on field goals, 95.10 points on kickoffs, and 93.36 points on punt charting.
