Tarr showcased his punting abilities at the 2024 Kohl's Midwest Winter Showcase, achieving an overall punt score of 86.83. His standout ball traveled 38 yards with a hang time of 3.79 seconds. With dedicated offseason training, Tarr has the potential to further enhance his leg strength and consistency as a specialist. Tarr came out to the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He showed good leg strength at his first ranking event. Tarr scored 92.52 points on kickoffs with a big ball traveling 64 yards with 3.47 seconds of hang time. Tarr scored 9 points on field goals and 82.99 points on punt charting. His best punt was a 40-yard punt with 3.85 seconds of hang time. Efforts focused on leg strength paired with some tweaks to his mechanics will help Tarr burst onto the scene in the class of 2027.
