Kohl's Comments

Bolanos came out to the 2024 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He earned another half-star as a kicker after a good performance. Bolanos scored 12 points on field goals, 92.10 on kickoffs, and 89.63 on punt charting. His best kickoff was a 61-yard ball with 3.53 seconds of hang time. Bolanos' best punt was a 42-yard punt with 4.12 seconds of hang time. Minor adjustments to his swing mechanics will help Bolanos grow his abilities over the next few seasons. Bolanos competed at the 2024 Kohl's Southern Showcase Camp in May. He scored 5 points on field goal charting and as a nice "A" ball. Bolanos showed good leg strength kicking off as he scored 98.15 points on kickoff carting. His best ball traveled 65 yards with 3.60 seconds of hang time. Bolanos charted multiple kickoffs of 64 yards or more. Bolanos scored 94.31 points on punt charting and 6 points on roll-out charting. He connected on a 55-yard punt with 4.07 seconds of hang time. His chart was consistent as he charted multiple punts of 40 yards or more. Continued focus on drop table and field goal repeatability will aid Bolanos' growth over the next two seasons. He competed well for his first ranking event.
