Freibaum has always been one of the best snappers in the country, putting it on full display at the 2022 Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp. He had the best individual charting session ever recorded at a Kohl's Snapping Camp, and finished the Scholarship Camp with the highest overall charting score against over 200 of the country's best snappers. Freibaum put 11 of his 12 long snaps through the target with an average snap time of .67 seconds. Not only did he dominate the charting aspect of camp but he lit up the competition by putting a .65 second snap through the target, earning himself a spot in the Under Armour All-America Game.
