Kohl's Comments

Sandell competed at the Texas Showcase and Underclassman Challenge in 2021. He showed great "pop" on the ball and had some very impressive moments. His field goals and kickoffs during the drill work phase in May 2021 were top 5 in the country. He does need to continue to develop his overall ball striking, but his leg speed is at the Power 5 level. His fast leg allows him to drive the ball well. Sandell does have a good foundation upon which he can continue to develop. His natural coordination helps him be able to repeat his motion when he is in a good rhythm. Sandell has the tools to play in college!
