Kohl's Comments

Furey recently attended the 2023 National Scholarship Camp and scored 30/36 points on field goals and 102.78 points on kick offs. At a May Showcase Camp he had a solid showing on field goals scoring 10/15 points. Furey has also shown improvement on kickoffs averaging 104.30 points with a big ball that traveled 69 yards with 3.63 seconds of hangtime. We are excited to watch as Furey continues to show his dominant consistency with field goals and continues to improve on kickoffs. Furey had a strong showing at the 2022 Kohl's Texas Winter Showcase. He was excellent in both drill work and charting on his field goals. He scored 13/15 points and was one of the more impressive field goals kickers at the event. His biggest charted kickoff was 66 yards with 3.48 seconds of hang time. Furey competed at the 2022 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He had another strong showing overall at the event and was able to show increased strength on his kicks. Furey charted 16 points in the field goal portion of camp and was able to average a score of 92.62 on kickoffs where his big ball was 59 yards with 3.91 seconds of hang time. Furey is in a position to land a very good college opportunity this fall/winter!
