Kohl's Comments

Schmit recently attended the Kohl's 2019 UnderClassman Challenge. He was very impressive throughout the event and showed next level leg strength and accuracy on field goals and kick off's. Schmit had an excellent showing at the 2018 Texas Showcase in December. His refinement on his field goals is impressive. He creates a consistent leg swing and generates impressive rotation on his kicks. In July he scored 25 points during the charting phase and his biggest ball on kickoffs was 79 yards with 3.79 seconds of hang time. Schmit is one of the more impressive kickers in his class. Slightly more control of his hips will help him improve the field goal accuracy even more.
