Kohl's Staff & Mission

Kohl's goal is to help every motivated athlete attain their maximum level of performance in kicking, punting, and snapping. We want to teach our athletes the correct techniques and practice habits that will allow them to reach their full potential. We will help the athletes who prove to be talented enough to move up to the next level in football. We want our camps/private lessons to be run in a way that each athlete gains from our staff's expertise and insight. When you look at our staff of 90+ plus coaches you will see a group that is dedicated to helping each camper who attends a Kohl's event. We also understand that football can be a great teacher about life. We want each Kohl's athlete more prepared to succeed in the game of football and also in the bigger game of life.

Kohl's staff of 90+ coaches have some of the most impressive resumes in college and professional football! On any Saturday or Sunday during the fall you will be able to see many of these staff members put their teaching into action either on TV or by attending games in person.

Company Founders

Jamie Kohl

Director and coach of Kohl's Kicking ~ Punting ~ Snapping Camps, was 1st team All-State in Wisconsin in 1994 as a kicker. He received a full-ride scholarship to Iowa State of the Big XII conference. At Iowa State he started in 44 straight games and finished 4th in school history scoring with 217 career points. His 105 PAT's are a school record. Jamie was signed by the Seattle Seahawks in 1999 and played in three preseason games. Jamie has coached 1000's of HS and College athletes. He trains multiple current NFL starters and ranks athletes nationally for Kohl's and ESPN. Jamie also selects the top HS specialists to play in the Under Armour All-American Game on ESPN. Jamie and his family live in Ankeny, Iowa.

Andy Kohl

Was 1st team All-State in Wisconsin in 1996 as a kicker. He received a full-ride scholarship to New Mexico State University. In his 2nd year at New Mexico State he finished 16th in Division I football in punting. As a sophomore he was 1st team All-conference. His junior year he finished 5th in the nation in Net Punt average. Before his senior year he was a college pre-season All-American and rated as the 3rd best punter for the upcoming 2001 NFL draft. After his senior year Andy signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Andy has also worked with 1000's of HS and College specialists. Andy and his family live in El Paso Texas area.

John Kohl

John coached both of his sons to Division 1 Scholarships and to signing NFL contracts. John has been in coaching for 25 years. He has helped many kickers and punters receive All-Conference, All-Area, and All-State Honors. John leads the year round focus program and has played a major part in making Kohl's Camps the best in the industry. His commitment to the individual athlete is unmatched. John has been married for 33 years. John and Marge Kohl live in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Luke Radke

Kohl's Head Staff Member

Luke has been with Kohl's for 11 years. Luke Was an All-State Kicker, Punter and DB. Luke had tremendous HS and college success in kicking and punting. He was an All Conference Punter and stand-out at MN Duluth. Luke holds multiple career records for punts, yardage and the top 4 single game averages in Duluth's 75 year History of football. He also coached the k/p/s during their National Championship season in 2008. Luke has coached NFL and top college specialists at Kohl's Elite Camp the past couple of years and has also done numerous College Private Lessons. Luke is a full-time employee with Kohl's and has a strong influence on Kohl's national rankings.

Thomas Morstead

(K/P) New Orleans Saints/Kohl's Team Leader

Thomas Morstead has been with Kohl's for 8 years. The former walk-on has a special bond with Kohl's because we have seen him rise from a player who was overlooked to one of the best in the world. He was a Top College Punter at SMU in Dallas. He went on to be drafted in the 5th round by the New Orleans Saints and won the Super Bowl in 2010. His punts and KO's are among the best in the NFL. Thomas has coached at over 40 Kohl's led events.

Kevin Garvoille

Kohl's Lead Snapping Coach

Kevin is a former standout college snapper and former pro prospect. Kevin has coached at Kohl's for 7 years and has led multiple Kohl's snapping events. Kevin along with coaching snappers at Kohl's also helps Kohl's evaulate snapper's for college potetial. He is one of the most highly respected snapping coaches in the United States. He works with 100's of snappers each year. Kevin has multiple BCS level snappers who he still trains and works with each summer.

Bret Culbertson

Kohl's Team Leader

Bret has been with Kohl's for 10 years. He was a successful high school kicker who become a starter at Iowa State for 4 years. He set many scoring records for the Cylones. His accuracy was best all-time at the school for FG's/PAT's. Bret has a degree in electronic media studies and provides Kohl's with an expert in video technology. He has worked with 1000's of specialists in the last couple of years through Kohl's and is now a full-time employee.

Nick Croak

Kohl's Team Leader

Nick is a former camper who worked his way to become a three time All-Conference Punter and Kicker during his college days at UW-Whitewater. Nick is still the Conference ALL-Time leading Punter. Nick had NFL tryouts. After football Nick has become a teacher/coach for Kohl's. Nick has trained and coached multiple NFL free-agents and top college specialists in the years following his playing career. His attention to detail and expert coaching makes him one of the best young coaches in the nation.

Bob Forstorm

Kohl's Team Leader

Bob has been with Kohl's for 12 years. He is a former college All-American and 5 year Arena League veteran. He holds many college and Arena League kicking records. His knowledge and background in both kicking and punting are oustanding. Bob has college coaching experience and coached numerous top college specialists at Kohl's Elite Camp. Bob and his wife just gave birth to Jackson Forstorm.
